 Positive Psychology is a booming scientific field that focuses on what is right with people and how to help them to flourish and thrive, inside and outside of work. A leading scientist of Positive Psychology, Martin Seligman, has contributed mass amounts of theory and research that have been fundamental to the field’s development.


One of his most profound model’s is called PERMA. This model outlines the five pillars that contribute to positive psychological wellbeing: Positive Emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning and Accomplishment.

Applying the PERMA model results in:
