CIPD Sussex Seminar: Team Flow

Why attend?

There have been lots of models and approaches to develop teams over the years, assessing the team and then helping them fix what’s wrong and drive high performance. Imagine being able to empower teams to go beyond a traditional focus on performance and to work in a way that also increases wellbeing. Alex will be sharing the latest innovative approaches using evidence-based research from the new paradigm of Positive Psychology to developing Flow at a team level. We will explore the core foundations for flow and use an interactive tool to reflect on how close our own organisations are to taking our teams to the next level.
When: 25th November 2019
Time: 18:00 – 20:00
Where: South Lodge Hotel, Lower Beeding, RH13 6PS

Speaker

What is Flow?

When people are in “Flow” they are at peak levels of performance and experience greater wellbeing as a result. Team Flow is a step further to support teams to create and experience ‘Flow’ together rather than in isolation.
