Traditional headhunters pride themselves on only representing individuals to companies that have given them a firm mandate for a specific role.

While most of our activities on behalf of individuals are based on specific vacancies, we also use our network to proactively introduce people to 

organisations that are of interest to them or even explore opportunities with companies we have not worked with before. Very often, defined vacancies have not been communicated externally or companies create roles for the right individual.

Especially in our core markets, we have found that this approach to opening doors with companies you want to work for often enables us to represent you to a number of organisations simultaneously, maximising choice and optimising the timing of processes.
